DOORS, FENDERS & QUARTER PANELS
Run your hand along each character line. Dents you can feel will be seen in sunlight.
WHEELS & TIRES
Curb rash is the single most common charge on a leased Tesla. Check every wheel face.
GLASS, LIGHTS & TRIM
Small stuff here adds up fast on an invoice. Look at each item straight on.
INTERIOR & CHARGE PORT
Interior condition is checked too. Sit in every seat and look for the obvious.

4 weeks out

2 weeks out
Book the repairs you want done. Bumper and wheel work in your driveway usually takes a single visit, and the clear coat needs a day or two to cure.
Turn-in week
Wash the car, put the original mats back, and take your own photos of every panel. Your photos are your proof if something is charged twice.
